We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related questions from our employees. In this role, you will handle a variety of IT inquiries, manage the internal ticketing system, ensure the smooth installation and maintenance of hardware and software, and introduce new tools while coaching users on their use. You will also play a key role in the setup and implementation of IT projects, contributing to the ongoing digital transformation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries from drivers and employees.
2. Monitor and manage the internal ticketing system in collaboration with colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
3. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
4. Introduce and implement new IT tools, providing coaching and support to users.
5. Participate in the setup and execution of IT projects, aiding in the company's digital transformation efforts.
