We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator with 2-4 years of experience in IT systems management and administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Windows Operating Systems and be eager to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Education:

University degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Skills:

Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a structured and pragmatic approach.
Autonomous and adaptable to changes with a strong customer and quality focus.
Collaborative, open-minded, and solutions-oriented, thriving in teamwork settings.
Availability for occasional weekend work and scheduled on-call duties.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Windows Operating Systems (Win10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022).
Solid understanding of Windows Domain, Systems administration, Active Directory, and GPOs.
Experience with deployment tools (SCCM preferred).
Good understanding of networking and TCP/IP protocols.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware) and Power Shell scripting.
Agile and flexible work style.

Language Requirements:

Proficient in English (oral and written); French or Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
