As an On-Site Support Engineer ICT, you will be responsible for independently investigating and proactively solving IT issues for your colleagues. You will provide both on-site and remote support across Belgium, reporting directly to the On-Site Support Supervisor.
Requirements:

Secondary education degree with a specialization in ICT or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role, preferably on-site.
Proven knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Strong customer service skills and dedication to user satisfaction.
Experience with Android and i OS devices (tablets, smartphones, etc.).
Experience with Cisco Meraki is a plus.
B driving license.
Willingness to travel to various sites across Belgium and occasionally the Netherlands.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of French is a major advantage.

Responsibilities:

Ordering, installing, and delivering IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, etc.) as per Net Help Desk ticket system requests.
Managing equipment requests, preparing, testing, installing, and repairing hardware including desktops, laptops, and printers, and logging this in the support tool.
Analyzing reported incidents and ensuring resolutions through the appropriate channels and procedures.
Following up on ongoing incidents via the ticketing system and updating the documentation platform.
Serving as the internal point of contact for hardware and MS Office application-related issues.
Documenting new troubleshooting procedures for first-level support and evaluating and adjusting existing procedures as needed.
Managing access control systems, time clocks, the Orange portal, and MS Teams phone numbers.
Administering phone subscriptions, internet lines, and printers.
Proactively proposing and discussing improvement ideas.

Language:

Dutch: Must be fluent.
English: Must be fluent.
French: Strong proficiency is a major plus.
