What you do
Join our team as an Operational Marketing Officer!
Are you ready to make a difference with your marketing creativity and expertise?
As an Operational Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our services, achieve commercial goals, and manage the production of promotional materials. This includes overseeing events, contests, tournaments, and the creation of branded goodies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and Execution of Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple channels (digital marketing, social media, events, contests, and tournaments).
• Promotional Material Creation: Lead the production of diverse promotional materials (visuals, brochures, announcements) in collaboration with internal teams or external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Event and Contest Management: Organize and coordinate events, contests, and tournaments to engage customers, build loyalty, and attract new clientele. Handle logistics from planning to post-event analysis.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies based on feedback and data for continuous improvement.

Your team
You’ll join the Landbased Gaming Operations department under the leadership of Serge Menegalli and Marco Delfiore. Collaboration and creativity are key within this team as we work to engage our customers and achieve our marketing objectives.

Who you are
More than qualifications, we’re looking for the right personality!

• A strong knowledge of marketing concepts, promotional strategies, and brand identity
• Proficiency in creative software (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe) and MS Office
• Project management skills with an ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch is a must
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, are adaptable, and have a strong attention to detail
