People Care Partner

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the NOKIA Belgium People team for one year fixed term contract (expected start date 01.10.2024). As People Care Partner, you will be working with the People team members in different HR areas. You will be part of a talented cross-functional and multi-cultural team responsible for creating a best-in-class employee experience across Nokia’s platforms and tools.

What will you do?
  • Work as an HR generalist and providing professional expertise in a broad scope (compensation, benefits, mobility, labor law etc….)
  • Answer questions and solves HR related problems
  • Contribute to a specific HR tool, process or project on improvement.
  • Voice service & e-mail support covering all operational HR issues.
  • HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers.
  • HR processes & tools support.
  • Answer line manager & employees' questions regarding labor law and collective agreements .

What should you bring onboard?
  • 0 - 3 years of working experience related to Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Ability to speak and write Dutch and English very good
  • Fast learner, Self-motivated, independent and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem Solving, Planning and Organizing skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Has knowledge in using HR System (as an added advantage)
