Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Experience and skills in business support function (placing purchase requests in financial systems, drafting of documents, coordination and follow-up with various teams);
- Experience and skills in project support in areas of planning coordination and reporting;
- Excellent MS Office (particularly Word and Excel) skills;
- Experience and skills on creating reports.
- Coordinating rough order of magnitude for customer requests;
- Drafting and following-up on price proposals for customer requests;
- Creating and coordinating Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with Agency Organisational Entities and projects as needed for Workspace services;
- Submitting and follow-up on purchase requests.
