Responsibilities
- Support Public Tendering: Assist the Head of Procurement in the public tendering process for ICT services.
- Category Buyer Duties: Guarantee, plan, and optimize purchasing procedures, ensuring a comprehensive market view and continuity in the supply chain.
- Compliance Supervision: Oversee procurement processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, timelines, and efficiency.
- Contract Management: Manage and oversee the setup and execution of IT service contracts.
- Team Collaboration: Support colleagues with their procurement procedures and provide insights on public tenders.
- Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries related to public tenders and monitor order fulfillment and compliance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public procurement, with expertise in public tenders.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of public procurement and ICT services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on training and coaching.
- Analytical Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Team and Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Change Management: Ability to follow internal guidelines and change management procedures effectively.
- Language: English and French/Dutch
