Key Responsibilities:

• Define and agree on programme outcomes for the corporate governance evolution plan in collaboration with the Swift Board and Executive Committee.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure consistent execution of the programme in accordance with the established plan, conducting regular reviews to assess progress.
• Prepare and present status reports on programme performance to the Swift Board and Executive Committee, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure deliverables meet programme requirements and timelines.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including the Board, Executive Committee, and domain experts, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in corporate governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal topics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and domain experts.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
