At Equans Belux, we are looking for a Project Manager (Brussels & Wallonia) to drive impactful, sustainable projects that shape the future of energy.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

plan, execute, and finalize energy transition projects within timelines and budgets
develop detailed project plans and optimize safety, budget, and planning while anticipating risks & seizing opportunities
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth project coordination
organize and facilitate project meetings to track progress and resolve issues
manage contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers to meet deliverables
ensure compliance with current safety, quality, and environmental standards
monitor project progress and generate reports for management and stakeholders

ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE LEAD IN ENERGY TRANSITION WITH…

a degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
several years of experience in project management, ideally in sustainable energy, innovative technologies or systems intergration
technical expertise in civil works, HV-MV-LV, automation, piping (PED), HVAC, heat transfer
ideally, project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
analytical and problem-solving mindset
proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
fluency in French, Dutch, and English
