Your role and responsabilities:

• Complaint analysis using your experience of the construction sector, supported by
  the R&D and QC team.
• Provide technical support for customers, sales managers and product managers.
• Ensure that products meet the established quality standards and specifications
  based on the data provided by the QC lab technicians.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control processes and procedures. Update the procedures when required.
• Identify and report any deviations from the quality standards.
• Support the QC manager in preparation of and during external quality audits.
• Actively following up the status and changes of product related legislations,
  standards and certifications in collaboration with other departments.
• Reports to the QC manager of Cantillana Benelux.
