Job Description

Who we are as a team:
We are a team of 5 recruiters. Our work is organized around different practices and business units. We recruit all seniority, from interns to expert directors and you will be part of that story, working in tandem with Françoise and Andreea, they are both experienced recruiters. You will also work closely with some of our senior colleagues (Laurent, Lara, Bob). Laurent, our manager, will be there to guide you.
What will be your daily tasks :

You collaborate closely with Laurent to organize recruitment events and to recruit junior candidates (junior consultants, interns, etc)
You might tandem with Françoise and Andreea in the sourcing process of candidates for their units (identification of candidates on the different platforms like Linked In, planning of screening calls and first interviews with candidates, etc)
You might also be involved in different projects linked to our recruitment activities (employer branding, process improvement, referral program & ambassadors)
You might from time to time develop content to create the right visibility for our company and for our vacancies on social media and job sites (job descriptions, videos, campaigns)

You will be fully involved in the recruitment process. You will get the chance to actively contribute, provide ideas to find new ways to attract the best candidates. You will be fully part of the team, joining team meetings and activities. You will be supported on a daily basis by a team of experienced colleagues.
This internship is a unique opportunity to become acquainted with several recruitment and sourcing tactics that you can put into practice.

Qualifications

You are a last year student (Bachelor or Master), studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
You have a strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition techniques and interest in digital marketing
You have excellent interpersonal, and you like to connect with people by phone and face to face
You have strong organizational skills, the capacity to multi-task and to be accurate
You are enthusiastic, proactive, able to take initiatives and to think out of the box
You have a driving license and are open to go to events
Available for a minimum of 2 months internship.
