SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

- Lead and manage all phases of SAP PM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on SAP PM best practices and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and project success.
- Analyse client maintenance processes and asset management requirements. Design and configure SAP PM solutions that align with these needs and optimise operational performance.
- Configure SAP PM modules to meet client requirements, including equipment management, preventive maintenance, work order management, and integration with other SAP modules (eg, MM, FI/CO, SD). Customise functionalities where necessary.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support the implementation and ongoing management of SAP PM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PM functionalities and industry trends. Proactively recommend enhancements and optimisation's to improve client systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP PM solutions within a consultancy setting.
- Deep understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance modules, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order processing. Proficiency in configuration, customisation, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering multiple SAP PM projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build lasting professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification in PM is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
