Senior HR Business Partner - Sorteercentrum Antwerpen
In this strategic role, you will develop a partnership with senior management to identify, implement, and oversee strategic HR actions, ensuring alignment with bpost’s goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of key activities, strategies, and priorities of assigned entities.
- Acting as a strategic HR partner for assigned entities, developing annual strategic plans in collaboration with the Center of Competence (COC).
- Contributing to the HR strategy as part of the Strategic HR Business Partner Team, advising on and implementing Corporate HR programs, processes, and policies.
- Managing HR services in the business unit, supporting BU objectives with a focus on Change Management, Talent & Performance Management, Reward, Organization Design, and Employee Relations.

- A master’s degree or equivalent by experience with at least 5 years in HR or a related field.
- Proficiency in Dutch, with a good understanding of the other language and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bpost regulations and key HR processes, and experience in a complex organization.
- A flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
