Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies and frameworks to support organizational objectives and establish a robust IT service management program.
- Refine and enhance the organization’s service portfolio, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and taxonomies.
- Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to define and implement KPIs that emphasize diversity, inclusion, and service effectiveness.
- Drive the organization-wide adoption of ITIL best practices for service management.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to ensure the security, reliability, and resilience of IT services.
- Draft, socialize, and ensure organization-wide adoption of IT service policies and frameworks.
- Align IT services with strategic business goals and provide leadership for transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in IT service lifecycle and portfolio management, including design, management, and transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management principles, ITIL framework (v3 or higher), and industry standards.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now for service management automation and governance.
- 7+ years of experience implementing strategic transformation initiatives across large organizations.
- Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA, Service Now, and Confluence.
