Senior Support Engineer – Brussels, Belgium(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and guidance on Service Now processes.
- Monitor Service Now instances to ensure system health and performance.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks (e.g., small changes, lifecycle management, license management).
- Apply ITIL principles in:
- Incident management (2nd/3rd line support, analysis, changes, communication, follow-up).
- Problem management, asset management, and change management.
- Manage release cycles, including preparing runbooks, validations, and presenting to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Optimize workflows by eliminating bottlenecks and automating repetitive tasks.
- Conduct data analysis, report creation, and dashboard management.
- Collaborate using agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Service Now Certified Administrator (Admin Course).
- Experience with Service Now monitoring, performance optimization, and health checks.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its applications.
- Strong analytical skills for data reporting and dashboard management.
- Language proficiency in Dutch and English (both mandatory); French is a plus.
- Certified Implementation Specialist or other related certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
