Senior UX Researcher - Lighthouse- Brussels, Belgium

Lighthouse is a system monitoring solution that provides real-time alerts to business and IT partners, enabling efficient incident management. As a Senior UX Researcher for Lighthouse, you will focus on engaging with technical users to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable improvements. This role requires advanced interaction with a technical audience and an ability to collaborate closely with the product team to continuously evolve the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research focused on system monitoring and alerting to identify user pain points and needs.
Translate complex user requirements into actionable quantitative and qualitative insights for design improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings inform product evolution.
Design and refine user journeys to enhance the user experience across the Lighthouse platform.
Lead UX research activities, documenting findings in a dedicated research repository.
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to refine product design and user journeys.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in design thinking within Agile projects.
7+ years of expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
3+ years of experience in interaction design and information architecture.
Proficiency in Figma for creating low-fidelity wireframes and user flows.
Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
Skilled in presentation tools such as Power Point, Miro; experience with Condens for research documentation is a plus.
Ability to work with design systems and integrate them into Figma workflows.
Proven experience conducting research with developers and designing tools for technical audiences (e.g., databases, cloud services).
