Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research focused on system monitoring and alerting to identify user pain points and needs.
- Translate complex user requirements into actionable quantitative and qualitative insights for design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings inform product evolution.
- Design and refine user journeys to enhance the user experience across the Lighthouse platform.
- Lead UX research activities, documenting findings in a dedicated research repository.
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to refine product design and user journeys.
- 7+ years of experience in design thinking within Agile projects.
- 7+ years of expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 3+ years of experience in interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating low-fidelity wireframes and user flows.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Skilled in presentation tools such as Power Point, Miro; experience with Condens for research documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work with design systems and integrate them into Figma workflows.
- Proven experience conducting research with developers and designing tools for technical audiences (e.g., databases, cloud services).
