Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement measurable service quality standards based on industry frameworks.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand quality expectations.
• Perform gap analysis and create action plans to improve service quality.
• Design automated reporting systems to monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure quality metrics align with frameworks like SERVQUAL and TQM.

Salary: EUR 3500-4500 Gross/ Monthly on Freelance/ B2B Contract
Location: Belgium/ Hybrid
Candidate Experience

• 3+ years of experience in experience in service quality management or a similar role
• Experience with SERVQUAL, ISO 9000, and TQM frameworks
• English - Fluent (additional languages are an advantage)
