We’re looking for a motivated modeller to join our team as a Level Designer and Unreal Engine Specialist. In this role, you’ll design high-quality scenes for automotive sensor testing, develop custom Unreal Engine builds, and work with advanced simulation tools. Collaborate with a dynamic, research-driven team that values innovation, independence, and cutting-edge technology exploration.
The assignment

• Level Design and Development: Craft detailed, realistic levels in Unreal Engine that meet the demands of high-end simulation and testing.
• Tool Optimization and Standardization: Work closely with team members to enhance and streamline our tooling chain, supporting the development of efficient workflows.
• Custom Compilation and Scripting: Build Unreal Engine 4/5 custom solutions, using scripts and tools tailored to specific simulation needs.

Required Skills & Experience
· Unreal Engine: Strong level design skills with a solid grasp of the Unreal Engine environment.
· Blender: Scene building experience for assets such as props and buildings.
· Cmake & Unreal Compilation: Competency in compiling Unreal Engine 4/5 using Cmake and custom solutions.
· Python Scripting: Experience in Python for scripting automation and tools.
· Simulation Tools: Familiarity with Carla, Opendrive, and Openscenario standards.
· Procedural Generation: Proficiency in procedural tools like Houdini, Blender, or Unreal.
· Additional Tools: Experience with Ansys AVX Simulator and Math Works Roadrunner.
