Immersive xR Solutions Specialist for Cleanroom Training Program

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (trainers, Cleanroom operators, facilities management) and external partners (equipment suppliers, x R providers, and subject matter experts) to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Needs and Specifications Development: Convert educational needs into specific technical and functional requirements for digital twins and virtual training solutions.
- Alignment with Goals: Ensure that all solutions align with company training objectives and clearly defined learning outcomes.
- Viability Assessment: Examine the technical and financial feasibility of implementing digital twin and virtual training solutions for Cleanroom applications.
- Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential challenges, risks, and benefits associated with deploying these technologies.
- Recommendations: Based on findings, provide actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Investment Justification: Craft detailed business cases to support the implementation of digital twins or virtual training solutions.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Present financial analyses, including ROI projections and expected impacts on training outcomes.
- Adoption Strategy: Develop a strategy for the successful adoption of these digital learning tools across the organization.
- Po C Design and Testing: Design, develop, and test proof of concept models to demonstrate the efficacy of digital twin or virtual training solutions.
- Project Team Coordination: Assemble and lead a project team for prototyping and testing in real-world training environments.
- Feedback Integration: Collect user feedback to enhance the Po C, ensuring it meets training needs before a full-scale rollout.
Candidate Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in educational technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience in Digital Learning: Demonstrated background in designing and deploying digital learning solutions, with a focus on digital twins and virtual training environments.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in conducting requirements analysis and feasibility assessments.
- Business Case and Project Management: Proven experience in developing business cases and managing projects from inception to completion.
- Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Knowledge: Understanding of educational principles and experience with digital transformation initiatives.
