Training Assistant
For our Structural Heart Division, we are recruiting Training Assistant to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium. The Training Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination of employee courses for the division.
Key Responsibilities

Keeping up-to-date the Structural Heart Education courses & participant attendance lists.
Setting-up, maintaining and filing (in cooperation with other stakeholders) a database of all Structural Heart trainees, training courses and all related documentation to the Structural Heart field certification when applicable
Preparing weekly communications on planned activities.
Education Sharepoint calendar updates/Course planning and meeting room allocation planning
Organizing training logistics; (hotel & transport/transfer arrangements, management of stocks; lunch, drinks & snack; activities; venue care, office materials & tools etc...).
Organizing printouts (participant lists, diplomas, binders etc…)
Overview the contract management for the Structural Heart Education faculty.
Managing expenses in relation to Structural Heart employee training activities.
Give administrative support in ongoing Structural Heart Education projects as required.
Managing invoices and financial reporting to head of department Tracing the financials of the programs
Providing Learning Management System (LMS) and or other assigned administration site support.
Creating metrics on Structural Heart training activities.

What experience do you bring?

A bachelor’s degree in Business administration or similar in experience OR Minimum high school diploma with 3 years office experience in an international environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
Medical knowledge or work in such environment would be an asset
Fluency in English, another European language is a +
Technology Savvy; strong working knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook necessary; willing to learn to master other applications for Web publication, Database management and related).
Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System would be a strong plus.
Proven administrative skills; sense of ownership, accurate and discretion when required.
