The Cost Controller IS for technical Business acts on the perimeters of the Exploration & Production (EP) and Refining-Chemicals (RC) branches. You will be in charge of monitoring invoicing and balancing the operating accounts of the EP and RC branches. You will participate in budget management and produce the associated reports.

Transversality: Financial departments of the EP and RC Branches. SI Directors EP and RC Branches. Performance – TGITS Management Control – TGITS Technical Division

Temporality: Manage, Develop, Follow the SI Budget of the EP and RC branches in coherence with the defined Budget calendar.

Monetary Value: Promote the proper use of the IS EP and RC budget to meet the challenges of IS transformation and therefore meet the challenges of Technical Business in a context of budgetary discipline.

Sensitivity / Issues / Complexity: The management of IS EP and RC budgets requires strong coordination and a detailed analysis of the financial issues within a perimeter with complex and heterogeneous processes.

Problem solving: Respond to Business and Sovereign issues while optimizing budgetary and operational efficiency.

• Preparation and processing of invoicing;
• Updating of repositories;
• Updating and analyzing budget reporting;
• Customer billing follow-up;
• The passage of closing accounting entries;
• Capex management.
