Tasks

• Manage multiple infrastructures adhering to strict security standards.
• Produce both technical and non-technical documentation in English with clarity and precision.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus, ensuring the delivery of top-quality service.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and an organized work approach.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects, meeting established deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently, organizing work based on varying levels of importance.
• Provide regular and detailed reporting on tasks and project progress.
• Work within secure infrastructures, handling classified information when applicable.
• Follow established procedures, escalating issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Communicate problem resolution clearly and completely to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other teams, such as the network and service desk, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain an organized and proactive approach to work.

Requirements

We are currently looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience in:

• Windows scripting
• Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, and SMTP
• Monitoring and alerting systems
• Security hardening of Windows Servers
• Windows Active Directory management
• Backup and recovery solutions, including familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products

Tools, Technologies, and Technical Environment:

• Skilled in administering MS Windows server systems within heterogeneous networks
• Proficient in TCP/IP data networking, including DNS and DHCP
• Experienced with system management tools
• Knowledgeable in MS XP Workstation and MS Windows Server 2003 or later versions, including installation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Capable of managing web server software (MS IIS and/or Apache)
• Well-versed in network security and comprehensive IT security measures (e.g., firewalls, PKI, encryption)
• Hands-on experience with centralized network backup solutions (Backup Exec, Veeam, Net App Snap Manager, Legato)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Virtual Servers and/or VMware virtualization platforms
• Competent in MS Cluster administration
• Working knowledge of Linux environments
• Experience in implementing secure infrastructures tailored to defense, government, or financial sectors

Additionally you also need to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• EU Secret Security Clearance (Mandatory)
