What You Will Do
this position is part of the Control Tower team, the analyst will be responsible for monitoring/ improve service level agreement (SLA ) with the Carriers; being the focal point related to KPI´s Costs and On Time Delivery;

• Responsible for updating metrics and service level indicators on the Company's different platforms, as well as regularly reporting results related to delivery management;

• Responsible for the routine updating, validation extra costs (stays, returns, re-delivery)

• Support refusal and redelivery routines within the Company System such as Sales Force, GKO ,Incident Portal systems and Track and Trace.

• Support the development of efficiency and process improvement projects/initiatives related to Service Level ( on time in full ) and extra cost reduction ( stays, returns, re-delivery)

• Support the department and leadership in receiving audits;

• Leads meetings and taking action plans with service providers (carriers), to solve issues and improve the level of service to customers ( OTD – On time Delivery ) ;

• Escalation process (if needed )

What We Are Looking For
Graduated – Engineer, Administration, Logistics
Required Years of Related Experience: 1 – 3 years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical Abilities:
SAP knowledge,
Advanced Excel
Basic English
Power BI
SFE / GKO systems
