Ascendon is expanding its teams in Brazil. These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSG’s cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. One exciting opportunity is for a C Software Developer to join our growing teams.
We are looking for a C Software Developer who will:
- You will assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- You will collaborate with senior developers and learn best practices & professional concepts.
- You will debug and fix software issues under supervision.
- You will use a basic understanding of programming languages and software development concepts.
Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for candidates who:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Some software development experience in the C programming language or course work in C
- Proficiency in English in a business environment is a must.
- It would be helpful, but is not required, to have:
- Experience in a Unix-based environment.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with network programming.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker.
- Agile software development practices (SAFe, Dev Ops).
- Troubleshooting and customer support.
