What you will do

• Conduct internal quantitative or qualitative R&D market research in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Development of schedules and planning of stages.

• Preparation of research materials, such as protocols, informed consent document, reports.

• Planning and preparation of questionnaires for quantitative or qualitative research.

• Monitoring of ongoing projects, providing operational support to the activity manager.

• Supplier management

• Coordinate internal quantitative or qualitative R&D market research, under GCP principles.

• Manage of internal participant database

• Coordinates participant inclusion process, from selection, consentiment to study incentives.

• Acquire, analyze, interpret, and coordinate data systematically

• Super user for our study electronic system

• Ensures the execution of internal and external processes within the company's quality standards.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures

• Present findings and recommendations to supervisor and team members

Qualifications
What we are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Health and Social Science areas or its correlates

• Advanced English

• Excellent communication skills for direct public contact

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, and Adobe.

• Previous experience with qualitative or quantitave market research

• Previous experience with sensory panels is a differential

• Knowledge of statistic analysis

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with GCP principles for in human studies

• Proactive, detailed oriented and interpersonal skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Data science savviness.
