Team Overview:

Nesta posição, você se juntará à equipe de Business Analytics, junto à área de Strategy & Planning, com o objetivo de fazer do conhecimento institucional uma alavanca estratégica da 99. Nosso objetivo é aplicar técnicas descritivas, de diagnóstico, preditivas e prescritivas para orientar a tomada de decisão da companhia e das mais diversas áreas que apoiamos no cumprimento de suas metas (de Operações, à PR).

Você ajudará na compreensão profunda de nosso negócio, processando petabytes de dados gerados todos os dias por milhões de clientes, e ainda servirá de inspiração por trás da cultura orientada a dados da 99.

Role Responsibilities:

Trabalhar próximos aos times de negócio para identificar oportunidades de melhorar a tomada de decisão
Analisar grandes quantidades de dados para encontrar padrões e gerar insights para responder perguntas chave.
Ser responsável pela preparação e extração de dados, desenvolvimento de pipelines de dados ou dashboards necessários para as análises.
Auxiliar a criação de indicadores de performance e monitorar o impacto e eficiência de funcionalidades do app e/ou processos de negócio

Role Qualifications:

Graduação completa com forte base teórica em estatística
Conhecimentos avançados em SQL e Python ou R
Experiência prévia comprovada aplicando as variadas técnicas de analytics (análise exploratória, regressão linear múltipla, segmentação, análise de séries temporais)
Se sente confortável lendo e escrevendo em inglês, e tem vontade de se tornar fluente
É capaz de comunicar suas conclusões a uma audiência não técnica
