Description and Requirements
O propósito da posição: Posição de muito valor na área com responsabilidades de atuação e manutenção de relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos da cia. Representará a Met Life em reuniões, treinamentos e eventos comerciais, garantindo impacto na satisfação dos parceiros e na escala do negócio de Parcerias em Direct Marketing.

O que precisa ter
- Formação superior completa;
- Pacote Office (Excel e Power Point);
- Conhecimentos em venda consultiva.

Principais responsabilidades ou desafios:
- Consultoria especializada em planejamento sucessório, financeiro e familiar.
- Multiplicar treinamento nos parceiros com foco em mapeamento de carteira para o perfil comprador, técnicas de vendas, produtos e mercado segurador, abordagem dentro do CFP (certified financial planner).
- Mapeamento de oportunidades, aplicação de técnicas, conhecimento de produtos e mercado segurador.
- Fomentar campanhas, ações comerciais, realizar palestras em eventos para clientes B2B e B2C.
- Gestão de negócio: foco no relacionamento e na estratégia junto ao parceiro para aumentar a produtividade, ticket médio, persistência, conversão de vendas e fidelização dos clientes no canal.
- Gestão operacional dos processos: acompanhamento das cotações, propostas assinadas e emitidas, recusas médicas, pendencias e resolução de casos de cobrança.
- Gestão dos resultados da carteira, realizar apresentações ao parceiro sobre as evoluções de resultado.
