Junior CRM Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our CRM team as a Junior CRM Specialist. This position is perfect for someone passionate about customer relationship management and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM team by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in segmenting customer lists for targeted campaigns.
- Support the CRM team in analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights that contribute to the optimization of CRM activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure that all CRM communications are consistent with the brand’s voice and style.
- Conduct research to understand customer behavior and trends, and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework in CRM is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing tools is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Eager to learn and grow within the field of CRM, with a keen interest in customer experience and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and a willingness to learn new software tools relevant to the role.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
