Quality Engineering Analyst

Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Analyst to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for analyze quality indicators, investigate product nonconformities, ensure the use of the management system, investigate customer complaints, form a quality committee, plan and execute internal and supplier audits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer complaints (root cause and actions)

2. Use of the 8D tool (complaints and supplier)

3. Use of the A3 tool

4. Implementation and execution of the quality committee (complaints with 8D, COPQ, A3, audits, etc.)

5. Daily NNC management with root cause analysis

6. Ensure the implementation and execution of the quality standard (QCP + ISO)

7. Ensure the industrialization process

9. Execution of process audits

10. Participate in qualification, certification and approval activities of products, materials and accessories. Assist in conducting the technical qualification process and approval of new suppliers together with other sectors involved

11. Review procedures, inspection plans and technical product specifications

12. Prepare technical documentation and technical opinions

13. Ensure that conservation, cleaning and hygiene procedures are observed in work areas, machines and equipment, as well as guide third parties in compliance with safety, discipline, accident prevention, environmental and quality standards.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

Studying the final year or recently graduated in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering.
Experience in the quality area
Advanced English
