· Business development in the Flexitank Industry within the country & region assigned
· To plan and execute the needed programs to penetrate the targeted list of accounts in the country & region
· To gather market intelligence and provide constructive recommendations
· To establish excellent customer relations within the industry
· To develop, train and motivate the team to meet the above objectives.
· To work closely with all departments and network partners in different countries to achieve short and long term objectives
· Negotiate customer trading terms after agreement with management team. Subsequently ensure that all customer requests for markdown, allowances and promotional - spends are within these agreed parameters and approved by the finance department
· Ensure inventory levels are maintained to budget levels, and inventory mix is in line with customer requirements
· Follow up the overall accounts receivable and payments from customers
