What is the scope of this role?
The Revenue Supervisor is responsible for the accuracy of revenue accounting in accordance with IFRS and enhancement of our processes and IT systems used to monitor and record revenue accounting. This position will also assist with the streamlining of our processes, help to improve our internal control environment, and provide Sales and Operational business leaders with information to help better manage the business.

What is the scope of this role?
The Revenue Supervisor is responsible for the accuracy of revenue accounting in accordance with IFRS and enhancement of our processes and IT systems used to monitor and record revenue accounting. This position will also assist with the streamlining of our processes, help to improve our internal control environment, and provide Sales and Operational business leaders with information to help better manage the business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Legal, BPM, FP&A, and Sales Operations on non-standard contract review to determine revenue impact and provide recommendations to maximize revenue
- Support monthly closing activities including, but not limited to, reviewing non-routine revenue transactions, performing accounting assessments, preparing accurate journal entries, and documenting revenue conclusions
- Respond timely and appropriately to ad hoc business requests
- Research, resolve and operationalize complex and non-routine revenue accounting transactions
- Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to address issues and improve accounting processes/efficiencies
- Participate in and/or lead projects and initiatives with cross functional impacts
- Ensure compliance with internal key controls
- Assist with external audits and special projects as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance within a senior role.
- CPA is preferred.
- Experienced in writing complex technical revenue accounting position papers
- Prior experience in a similar role working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Prior people manager experience is needed.
- Experience managing direct and matrix employee staff globally is a plus.
- Empowered to work independently with minimal direction.
- Adaptable frame of mind and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Advanced ability to analyze and interpret financial data and communicate its impact on the business.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
- Fluent English Speaker
- Availability to work from office on Hybrid mode ( Sao Paulo or Campinas offices)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
