We are looking for a:
Sales Support Latam
40 of hours per week, at the São Paulo-Brazil location
Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Support Latam.
Your role
In the role of Sales Support you will be focusing on:

• Assist customers with requests and forward issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Monitor maritime shipments and handle any issues that arise.
• Support Demand Plan administration and collaborate with Customer Service to ensure smooth logistics.
• Manage Order Intake from receipt to confirmation and prepare monthly Sales Reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations impacting the business. • Act as the communication link between LATAM, Quality, Customer Care, and headquarters.
• Provide back-office support to the sales team and serve as the focal point for customer relations.

Your team
You will be part of our Sales Latam team and will report to the Demand Manager International Together with your colleagues in a pleasant, welcoming office environment, you will be working on furthering the growth of Farm Frites.
Education and skills

• Fluent English (non-negotiable)
• Intermediate-Fluent Spanish
• Advanced Office Package
• Degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain or related areas
• Experience in international logistics and/or in the food sector
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
