I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior UI/UX Designer to work on an international project.
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the design of digital products and services for our clients - reshaping the relationship with technology through the design of experiences (mobile, web, desktop and other digital interactions with the support of strategists and developers team).
Responsibilities:
-
Solve problems through design, utilizing design thinking, user research and business strategy to identify untapped opportunities, converting them into strategic visions for clients and internal teams. - Leverage best practices to solve problems in the most elegant and effective way.
- Collaborate and communicate with the client and multidisciplinary teams to deliver end goals and build strong relationships by establishing trust in your design experience (discoveries and definitions).
Requirements for this challenge:
-
Advanced English - Modern user research strategies and techniques;
- Expertise in user interface and interaction design, including: mapping user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping (Invision, Principle etc.), user interface designing, design systems, Figma tool.
- Creative Cloud Applications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
