Sr. Assistant Brand Manager – Baby Care LATAM
This position reports to Sr. Marketing Manager and it is a hybrid position based at São Paulo/SP – Brazil.

What You Will Do

• Support the development of a robust pipeline for JOHNSON'S®, HIPOGLÓS®, DESITIN® and COTONETES®, ensuring pipeline balance between new product developments, commercial innovations, and cost innovation ideas.

• Collaborate with Local & Global Marketings and the cross-functional teams to drive excellence in all aspects of product development, including concept research, product design, packaging development, and commercialization.

• Monitor market dynamics and business KPIs to support the innovation and claims strategic approach. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends to inform brand strategy and messaging.

• Monitor product post-launch, track key metrics, communicate results and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure the implementation of equity guidelines for JOHNSON'S® in LATAM. Manage and oversee the creative development process for all brand assets, including advertising and packaging materials.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of key markets. Utilize research tools and resources to design the most appropriate research plan and analytical approach to address business needs.

• Drive challenger mindset, agility and servant leadership among cross-functional teams.

• Mentor less experienced specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Marketing experience within Local, Regional or Global roles

• Experience in innovation project management

• In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market access data and feasibility research. Proficiency in Nielsen, Close-up, and Kantar

• Fluent English

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand innovation, strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ability to provide tactical support and ensure in-depth research for brands in development.

• Ability to mentor less experienced specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain key relationships with agencies and suppliers.
