ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

Your tasks at a glance

You analyze billing reports and follow up with clinics and clients.
You handle the monthly and one-time billing for the various agreements we have with public organizations.
You analyze agreements with our doctors and produce the monthly billing for fees and services for our licensed clients.
You follow up with various clients to ensure compliance with payment terms.
You are responsible for applying received payments in the Navision software.
You perform bank reconciliation.

A clear view of your assets

You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in accounting or administration and two years of experience in a similar role.
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Navision.
You have an intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
You are known for your analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
You are able to work in a team and independently. You are bilingual (French and English) as you will need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
