Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle the receipt, coding, and distribution of invoices received via email.
- Conduct regular check runs and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
- Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including splitting charges to different departments based on usage, managing existing spreadsheets, and implementing functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Set up new vendors
- Conduct follow-ups with managers and supervisors regarding invoice approvals.
- Prepare and enter journal entries related to accounts payable.
- Manage the process of matching purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Demonstrated experience in Account Reconciliation.
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
- Must have experience in performing Check Runs.
- Coding Invoices experience is essential.
- Data Entry skills are required.
- Must have experience in Invoice Processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team.
