Your Opportunity
Our Kitchener-Waterloo office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team and own the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with our team of Partners and professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- Refine and format various documents, enhancing their clarity and professionalism.
- Help maintain accurate billing records for our Partners.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our department running smoothly, including research, event coordination, document updates, and filing.
- Assist in the preparation and electronic filing of tax returns, contributing to our clients' financial well-being.
- Engage with clients to address their requests and ensure their needs are met.

Your experience and education
- You possess 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education, with preference for relevant diplomas or certificates.
- You demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Familiarity with Taxprep, Microsoft CRM, and Workday is a plus.
- You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- You consistently maintain a professional demeanor, prioritizing exceptional internal and external client service. You embrace teamwork, prioritize client service, and excel in detail-oriented work.
