Sterling Crane Canada has an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to fill the permanent salaried position of Branch Administrator based in Coquitlam, BC. This is a full-time position reporting to the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
LOCATION: Coquitlam, BC.
POSITION: Branch Administrator (In-office, full-time).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing weekly payroll for hourly employees.
• Client invoicing.
• Maintenance of on-site employee records.
• Credit control and accounts receivable.
• Processing vendor/supplier invoices.
• Document control administrative auditing.
• Other administrative tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school Diploma – 1-3 years administrative experience in related industry.
• Experience with unionized payroll environments, ADP or other large ERP systems would be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset.
