We are looking for a team player with strong organizational abilities
Some duties will include:

• Compiling & verifying information, calculating data and data entry
• Assist with invoicing and other documents in accordance with existing processes
• Courteously receiving in-bound calls, emails, and visitors.
• Monthly Safety Reporting submissions
• Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
• Other duties as required

This role is predicted to grow and may include more than administration duties such as safety coordination duties, training for order desk and/or inventory control. Excellent people skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to improve processes are essential.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
