GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated Child and Youth Worker for a client located in the Greater Toronto Area.
The role involves providing support and guidance to children and youth facing social, emotional, behavioural, or psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and experience in implementing therapeutic interventions to promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:

• Completed one of the following: Child & Youth Worker Diploma
• Minimum 1-year related experience in a health care environment and/or within the mental health sector working with children, youth, and their families;
• Should possess a G License and Car, since there would be commute required between Brampton and Oshawa to client locations.
• Clean Drivers Extract and Proof of Insurance
• Vulnerable Sector Check within 6 months
• Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, t Dap. Hepatitis B an asset)
• COVID passport with QR
