Position Overview:
We are providing several positions right now in Breezeful:
Mortgage Agent Trainer
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Agent Trainer who will be responsible for conducting live video training sessions to educate and mentor newly hired mortgage agents.
Responsibilities:

• Live Video Training Sessions: Conduct interactive and engaging live video training sessions for newly hired mortgage agents. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, sales techniques, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Q&A Sessions: Facilitate question and answer sessions during and after the training sessions to address trainees' inquiries, concerns, and to clarify complex concepts.

Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:

• Source and attract a diverse pool of qualified through various channels including job boards and social media
• Comfortable with using and prospecting on Linked In
• Conduct phone interviews and virtual meeting interviews across three time zones
• Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
• Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases

Qualifications:

• Mortgage Industry Expertise: Extensive experience as a mortgage agent and/or underwriter, or, with a deep understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and best practices.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with video conferencing tools, online learning platforms, and other training technologies to deliver seamless live video training experiences.
• Nice to have: experience as a trainer or a recruiter, preferably in a live video or remote training setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
