The role: Creative Mastermind and Positive Vibe Architect Wanted
As our Creative Director, you'll be the visionary behind Teangle's brand identity and a crucial link to our amazing Teangle Fam community. Working directly with our CEO, Philippe, you'll lead our creative charge from the first spark of an idea to the final cut of our content, always with the goal of spreading positive energy and the magic of matcha.
Your Canvas:

• Craft compelling narratives through 5 weekly videos
• Design eye-catching story posts and static content
• Shape Teangle's voice across all platforms
• Engage with and grow our incredible Teangle Fam community
• Build and lead a dynamic creative team as we grow
• Spread positive vibes, one content piece at a time!

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Spearhead the entire content creation process, from brainstorming to final delivery
• Produce scroll-stopping video content and static pieces that our audience can't resist
• Stay in sync with Teangle's exciting business moves – from store openings to product launches
• Drive organic performance and revenue through irresistible ad content
• Engage with our Teangle Fam, creating content that resonates and builds community
• Infuse every piece of content with Teangle's signature positive energy
• Track our success through brand searches, community engagement, and other key metrics
• Identify needs and opportunities to expand the creative team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop creative talent as the department grows

The Teangle Dream Team Member:

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative role, with a strong portfolio in video editing, marketing, and directing
• Technical Prowess: Master of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Motion, Canva, Figma, and Illustrator
• Background: A proven storyteller who's created magic for online businesses and built engaged communities
• Leadership: Experience in team management or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
