You are efficient at deploying successful marketing campaigns, which includes not only the ideation, but you also see things through to the execution and completion stages. It is your dedication and attention to detail that drives your ability to confidently measure, analyze, and report on the strength of the brand and marketing campaigns against the predetermined goals and strategies. You will have a degree or diploma in marketing and a strong background in a graphic design.
You have an ability to manage a team dedicated to designing products and you involve yourself in every part of the creation process. You see the best in those on your team, which allows each member the ability to grow and expand under your mentorship. You understand the importance of building a team and that the success of the department is dependent on the strength of the individual people who make up your team. You also have the ability to work with the Management Team at Pleasure-Way and understand the wealth their experiences and expertise bring to your strategies and goals. You have the ability to take their creative vision and oversee its conceptualization, design, and execution.
