Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production team. You’ll manufacture, test, and ship the world’s smartest and best-performing solar lighting products. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a good work ethic, high energy, and a positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks including preparing, cleaning, installing, assembling, testing, soldering, and inspecting electrical and mechanical components on product lines
• Operate equipment and tools as necessary.
• Adhere to environmental and safety protocols.
• Follow assembly procedures using the provided instructions and specifications.
• Maintain quality documentation and meet production schedules.
• Assist in kitting orders and preparing workstations.
• Support shipping, receiving, sorting, and stocking activities.
• Help maintain warehouse organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to yearly inventory counts.
• Achieve daily operational goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications and skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting production targets.
• Experience in production, electromechanical assembly, or shipping.
• Proficient with hand tools and light power tools.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• Previous Manufacturing or Electronics knowledge is preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and reliable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma/GED required.
