We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented marketing professional who will support the annual creation of a national catalogue, webinars, face-to-face branded events social media and other content.
Your creativity and strong organizational skills will keep our events, mailing campaigns and website fabulous and running smoothly. You will use your excellent communication skills, to create materials, copy and multi-media material for professionals supporting schools, childcare centres and clinicians working with children with special needs.
This is a mat leave contract position for 12 months in a growing company, with the possibility of extension or full time. This is mostly in office work, with the option of some work from home, once trained.
Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain websites, including creating landing pages and collections
• Handle various Shopify tasks: create/edit product pages and collections, manage customer information – Customizing testing Shopify apps
• Manage external developers and coordinate support teams for innovations, custom experiences and/or fixes
• Shaping customer journey and individualized B2B web shopping including managing discounts
• Help with face-to-face events
• Help with spreadsheet updates for catalogue sections and tags, update
• Generate comprehensive marketing reports,
• Assist in publishing an annual product catalogue
• Working with excel for bulk web updates,

Qualifications :

• Experience with Shopify, or equivalent web based, app reliant ecommerce solution
• Knowledge of Web marketing and Google Analytics, to create reports with meaningful analytics
• Advanced Excel skills: e.g. V-lookup, pivot tables
• Editing HTML
• Experience maintaining strong working relationships across all departments

• Schools, childcares or early childhood education
• Assistive technologies and/or individuals with disabilities
• Klaviyo
• Excel skills
• Easy Catalog for price updates

Testing will be required to confirm proficiency in some of the above-mentioned skills.
