We are a TMS Clinic looking to help the thousands of Torontonians who are suffering from depression, OCD and other mental health challenges.
Technicians administer the TMS treatment to patients by fitting and operating the device under the doctor’s supervision. Compassion, patience, and confidence to de-escalate situations and maintain healthy environments are critical for this position.
While complete technical training is provided on-site, a medical or mental health background and/or experience is highly preferred.
Evening availability is required as our clinic is open 8AM-8PM.
Daily Workload includes:

• Administer TMS treatments according to specific doctor’s protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
• Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or other illness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
• Record session notes using EMR.
• Communicate with senior technicians, care coordinator, clinic manager, and doctor, who oversee patient treatment.

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
