Office Clerk (Full time/Fixed Term)
We are currently seeking an Office Clerk for one of our Halifax locations. The Office Clerk will be responsible for processing employee parking applications and revalidations, addressing phone calls inquiries related our parking space, and performing various administrative tasks associated with Employee Parking.
Responsibilities:

• Count and verify cashier deposits and paper work
• Prepare daily bank deposits
• Record deposit and sales data accurately in excel
• Greeting guests in the parking office and answering general inquires
• Helping guests set up monthly parking subscriptions
• Issuing rebate tickets to eligible patients
• Using parking software to produce rebate tickets
• Answering phone calls
• Assisting supervisor with accounts receivable
• Filing and organizing paperwork

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
• Proven customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
