Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide and evaluate a team of 10+ subordinates
Budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
Ensure that the office complies with regulations and standards
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Implement office policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees
Encourage continuous development and creating opportunities for advancement
Deliver exceptional customer service

Exceptional leadership skills and experience with a proven track record of managing a team of 10+ people
10+ years experience as an Office Manager
Expert level understanding of Clear Dent software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
