We are currently seeking skilled service plumbing technicians to join our service team.
Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical background, with an excellent understanding of building systems. Able to review service repairs at site and come up with solutions. Candidates must be comfortable working on service. We are seeking someone with the ability to clearly find recommendations. Attention to detail for proper note taking, identifying equipment and materials preparation is key. We will train the right person if you are able to demonstrate a desire to learn and grow.
Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Possess theoretical and practical knowledge of current plumbing codes
• Identify plumbing systems and components, and diagnosis mechanical systems in commercial buildings
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems. With the knowledge to provide proper mechanical recommendations on equipment service intervals
• Ability to work on both commercial/Institutional and residential buildings
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ability to work with plumbing tools and equipment
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the office & dispatch teams. Special attention to clients' needs and requests. Provide clear feedback from client to office for client requests
• Possess a red seal qualification in plumbing is an asset
• Posses minimum "B" gas ticket willing to get 'A" gas ticket
• Possess a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
• Own basic plumbing tools. Company power tools are provided
• Willing to work on-call schedule ( On rotation)
• Ability to use mobile- app technology for tracking and updating project files and work orders
• Cross connection ticket is an asset
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform inspections and tests to identify plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
• Maintain an organized van ( Parts, tools & equipment)
