Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and Service Technician. This role is crucial in supporting our customer base by providing technical information, resolving issues, assisting with equipment training, and handling technical troubleshooting matters. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service experience and technical knowledge, coupled with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate and collaborate with customers, technical staff, shipping department, and office staff to ensure accurate and timely information regarding customer orders, support, and part deliveries.
Answer inbound inquiries via email and phone, providing education and assistance to customers.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Install components onto machines, test, repair, and certify vending equipment before customer shipments are released.
Fulfill part orders throughout Canada and the US.
Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
Coordinate with the service manager to maintain effective communication and teamwork.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Proven customer support experience with strong interpersonal skills.
Active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
Valid driver’s license.
